SEO Expert Shares Tips in Wall Street Journal
Just ask yourself this: How many authors that you know (I mean ebook authors) have been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal?
Not many. Right?
Not only that, even Forbes interviewed him.
Why am I telling you this?
I want you to pay CLOSE attention to this guy if you’re doing SEO. Or you plan to delve into SEO soon, this might concern you.
Needless to say, SEO means free targeted traffic coming from Google, Yahoo! and Live.com. They call it organic search as opposed to paid ads like Google Adwords.
If you can drive traffic to your site from search engines and it’s free, imagine what the traffic can do to your bottom line.
Okay, back to the SEO guy. Let me share with you why I respect him. A few reasons:
1) He has a blog. What’s so great about it? You ask. Well, he updates it almost every day without fail with latest news on SEO and marketing. Sometimes, more than a post per day. (Many gurus out there have not even updated their sites since 19XX…)
2) When you buy his book, you get free lifetime updates. Paid once but get latest updates (now 328 pages) forever, keeping you abreast with SEO techniques.
3) When you email him, you normally get response within 1-2 days. Replies might be short and straight to the point. But what the heck, it’s better than any “gurus” out there who seem like never check emails sent to them or take them forever to reply.
4) As I just mentioned, he has been interviewed by MAJOR mainstream media like WSJ and Forbes. You think it’s easy to get interviewed by these publications? Of course not, at least for all those so-called “gurus.”
5) He is the go to guy for SEO for Seth Godin, author of too many books to be listed here and creator of Squidoo.com.
You may not like the way I say “gurus” here. But there are simply too many scammers out there (who call themselves gurus) and I don’t want you to waste money on them.
Listen. Choose the right “guru” and you’ll be safe.
Enough said about this guy, I hope you’re convinced that he is the guy to look for for SEO.
Well who is this guy that I highly recommend? You have to see it for yourself here.
If you do thing there, just read his blog here.
Remember to subscribe to his RSS feed as he’s damn generous in sharing.
